Managers who are conducting risky business or work mentioned in the Schedule at the time of commencement of this Act shall give a written notice to the Labor Office with the following details within thirty days from the date of commencement of this Act:-
(a) Name and address of the establishment,
(b) the name and address of the manager,
(c) the nature of the business or operations carried on by the establishment, and
(d) Other details as specified.
(2) After the commencement of this Act, the manager who conducts the risky business or work mentioned in the Schedule shall give notice to the Labor Office in accordance with sub-section (1) within fifteen days from the date of conducting such business or work.
